Maharashtra has reported the highest daily new cases at 56,286. It is followed by Chhattisgarh with 10,652 while Uttar Pradesh reported 8,474 new cases. 12 States, as shown under, are displaying an upward trajectory in daily new cases.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">India\u2019s total Active Caseload has reached\u00a0<b><strong>9,79,608<\/strong><\/b>. It now comprises\u00a0<b><strong>7.50%<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0of the country&#8217;s total Positive Cases. A net incline of\u00a0<b><strong>69,289<\/strong><\/b> cases recorded from the total active caseload in the last 24 hours. The 5 states of Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Uttar Pradeshand Kerala cumulatively account for <b><strong>73.24%<\/strong><\/b> of India\u2019s total active cases. Maharashtra alone accounts for 53.84% of the total active caseload of the country. 10 States account for <b><strong>92.82%\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>of the new deaths. Maharashtra saw the maximum casualties (376).
