She also visited the Anganwadi Centre at Leh.<br \/>\nShe was informed that One Stop Centre has received 49 cases, out of which 21 cases have been solved and 28 cases are in process.<br \/>\nThe staff of Mahila Shakti Kendra apprised Secretary Padma about the various awareness camps and activities organised by the department.<\/p>\n<p>Women facing physical, sexual, emotional, psychological and economic abuse undergo rehabilitation at OSCs. The OSCs also facilitate immediate, emergency and non-emergency access to a range of services, including medical, legal, psychological and counselling support to women.<br \/>\nMahila Shakti Kendra aims to empower women and make them self-dependent.
