In a significant development, India\u2019s cumulative recoveries has surpassed 2 Crore\u00a0(2,00,79,599)\u00a0<\/strong>today. The National Recovery Rate\u00a0is\u00a083.50%.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3,44,776\u00a0<\/strong>recoveries\u00a0were registered in the last 24 hours. It outnumbers India\u2019s Daily New COVID cases for the third time in the last four days.<\/p>\n

Ten states account for\u00a071.16%\u00a0<\/strong>of the new recoveries.\"\"The graph below depicts the Daily Recoveries in the last 14 days.\"\"<\/p>\n

India\u2019s total Active Caseload has decreased to\u00a037,04,893 today<\/strong>. It now\u00a0comprises\u00a015.41%\u00a0<\/strong>of\u00a0the country’s total Positive Cases.<\/p>\n

A net\u00a0decline\u00a0<\/strong>of 5,632 cases is recorded in the active caseload in the last 24 hours.<\/p>\n

12\u00a0<\/strong>States cumulatively account for\u00a079.7%<\/strong>\u00a0of India\u2019s\u00a0total Active Cases.\"\"<\/p>\n

Government of India continues to expeditiously allocate and deliver global aid to States\/UTs through a \u201cWhole of Government\u201d approach.Cumulatively, 9,294 Oxygen Concentrators; 11,835 Oxygen Cylinders; 19 Oxygen Generation Plants; 6,439 ventilators\/Bi PAP and nearly 4.22 L Remdesivir vials delivered\/ dispatched through road and air, so far.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, the cumulative number of COVID-19 vaccine doses administered in the country is steadily nearing\u00a018 Cr<\/strong>\u00a0today under the Phase-3 of the nationwide Vaccination Drive.<\/p>\n

A total of\u00a017,92,98,584\u00a0<\/strong>vaccine doses have been administered through 26,02,435sessions, as per the provisional report till 7 am today. These include\u00a096,18,127\u00a0<\/strong>HCWs who have taken the 1st<\/sup>\u00a0dose and\u00a066,04,549\u00a0<\/strong>HCWs who have taken the 2nd<\/sup>dose,\u00a01,43,22,390\u00a0<\/strong>FLWs (1st<\/sup>dose),\u00a081,16,153\u00a0<\/strong>FLWs (2nd<\/sup>dose),\u00a039,26,334\u00a0<\/strong>beneficiaries under 18-45 age group (1st<\/sup>dose),\u00a05,66,09,783\u00a0<\/strong>(1st<\/sup>dose) and\u00a085,39,763\u00a0<\/strong>(2nd<\/sup>\u00a0dose) beneficiaries aged 45 to 60 years.\u00a05,42,42,792\u00a0<\/strong>1st<\/sup>dose beneficiaries and\u00a01,73,18,693\u00a0<\/strong>2nd<\/sup>\u00a0dose beneficiaries of more than 60 years old.<\/p>\n

More than 20 lakh vaccination doses were administered in the last 24 hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As on Day-118 of the vaccination drive (13th<\/sup>\u00a0May, 2021), 20,27,162 vaccine doses were given. Across 18,624 sessions, 10,34,304 beneficiaries were vaccinated for 1st<\/sup>\u00a0dose and 9,92,858 beneficiaries received their 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0dose of vaccine.<\/p>\n
