Keeping in view the surge of COVID cases in the district and to ensure the smooth functioning of Banking Services, Mrs. Sonali Giri, District Magistrate, Rupnagar has issued revised guidelines.<\/div>\n
In an order issued by the District Magistrate Banks will be open from Monday to Friday with the staff strength of 50% at 10:00 AM and will deal with the public upto 2:00 PM. All the Banks will remain closed by all means at 2:00 PM for further public dealing. Closure of Branches by 4:00 PM. Saturday & Sunday will be fully closed. ATM Services will remain open 24 X 7 on all days. Security Guards \/ Care Takers deputed for these ATMs are exempted from curfew restrictions. Identity Card of Bank employees will be treated as Curfew Pass.<\/div>\n
