REASI, MAY 29, 2021<\/strong>: In compliance to the mandate of Calendar of\u00a0 the Programmes of Jammu and Kashmir Legal Services Authority for the month of\u00a0 May, 2021 under the Project Access to Justice for J&K (Phase-II) and under the able guidance and supervision of\u00a0 R.N.Wattal, Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Reasi ,\u00a0 Rekha Kapoor Nischal, Secretary, District Legal Service Authority, Reasi, today organised a Legal Awareness Webinar\u00a0 on the\u00a0 theme \u201cCovid-19 Pandemic- Safeguards and Preventive Measures.\u201d<\/div>\n
The virtual event was held\u00a0 in collaboration with Health Department, Reasi.<\/div>\n
Dr Gopal Dutt, Block Medical Officer, Katra acted as the Resource Person and deliberated upon how Covid-19 Pandemic is creating disastrous effects globally, what are its safeguards and preventive measures and\u00a0 also what are the benefits of Vaccination.<\/div>\n
Panel Advocate, Ajay Salaria acted as a Moderator in the said Webinar.<\/div>\n
This On-line programme was attended by the PLVs and Anganwari Workers of District Reasi. The objective of organising this Online programme was to sensitise the participants about the intensity of Covid Virus Infection and\u00a0 the precautionary measures which can be adopted to break the chain of this infection so that the Plvs and Anganwari Workers can further spread this Covid related awareness in the Rural Areas to the maximum possible extent.<\/div>\n
An interactive session was also conducted\u00a0 in which PLVs and Anganwari Workers of District Reasi were responded to for their Covid Related Queries from the Resource Person.<\/div>\n
