India has reported\u00a01,00,636<\/strong>\u00a0New Cases in the last 24 hours. This is the lowest in the last two months.The country has recorded\u00a0less than 2 lakh Daily New Cases<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a011 continuous days\u00a0<\/strong>now<\/strong>. This is a result of\u00a0collaborative and sustained efforts by the Centre and States\/UTs following the \u201cwhole of Government\u201d approach.<\/p>\n

The Caseload is below 20 lakhs for seven successive days.<\/p>\n

A net decline of\u00a076,190<\/strong>is witnessed in the last 24 hours and active cases are now only4.85%<\/strong>of the country’s total Positive Cases.<\/p>\n

With more people recovering from COVID-19 infection, India\u2019s\u00a0Daily Recoveries continue to outnumber the Daily New Cases\u00a0for the 25th<\/sup>\u00a0consecutive\u00a0day.\u00a01,74,399<\/strong>recoveries were registered in the last 24 hours.<\/p>\n

73,763\u00a0<\/strong>more\u00a0recoveries were reported during the last 24 hours as compared to the daily new cases.<\/p>\n

Out of the people infected since beginning of the pandemic\u00a02,71,59,180people have already recovered from COVID-19.<\/strong>\u00a0This constitutes an overall recovery rate of93.94%,\u00a0<\/strong>which is showing an increasing trend.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A total of 15,87,589tests were conducted in the last 24 hours in the country and cumulatively India has conducted over 36.6 crore (36,63,34,111) tests so far.<\/p>\n

While on one side testing has been enhanced across the country, a continued decline in case positivity is noticed. TheDaily Positivity rate standsat 6.34% today.\u00a0<\/strong>It has remained less than 10% for 14consecutive days now.<\/p>\n

On the vaccination front,23.27 Cr<\/strong>\u00a0vaccine doses have been administered under the Nationwide Vaccination Drive.<\/p>\n

A total of\u00a023,27,86,482<\/strong>vaccine doses have been administered through 32,68,969sessions, as per the provisional report till 7 am today.<\/p>\n
