Mr Badal said that Mr Bains will have \u201cover-riding powers to create and implement the perception management strategies on the policies , programmes and \u00a0profile of the party. He will be accountable only to the president.<\/p>\n<p>Thanking the party patron in chief Sardar Parkash Singh Badal and Sukhbir Singh Badal for the trust reposed in him , Mr Bains in \u00a0a statement said \u00a0that his first task is \u201cto expose the deep-rooted conspiracy by anti Sikh forces to sow seeds of suspicion in the minds of the devout Sikh masses and turn them against their great religious and political institutions, headed by Sri Akal Takhat Sahib and including the SGPC and the SAD.
