            2. a)The E-Tender process is open to all the citizens of India as well as NRIs\/PIOs above 18 years of age. The persons already having any property (Residential or Commercial) can also participate in the e-Tender.<\/li>\n
            3. b)The e-Tenders have been invited separately for each\u00a0Built-up Dwelling Unit The e-bid must be above the reserve price and the Built-up Dwelling Unit shall be allotted to the highest bidder.The bidders can revise their e-bids, any number of times, till closure of the bid submission.<\/li>\n
            4. c)A valid e-mail id, mobile number and digital signature are the basic requirements to participate in the e-Tender process.<\/li>\n
            5. d)EMD for each dwelling unitisto be submitted online through e-tendering portal i.e.\u00a0https:\/\/etenders.chd.nic.in<\/a>.<\/a>Bidders can submit their bid only after depositing online EMD. The payments may be deposited by bank to bank transfer using SBI MOPS or RTGS\/ NEFT transfer through\u00a0https:\/\/etenders.chd.nic.in<\/a>\u00a0 In case of unsuccessful e-bids, the EMD shall be refunded online to the bidders\u2019 account.<\/li>\n
            6. e)In order to submit e-bids, every prospective bidder is required to get himself\/herself registered at\u00a0https:\/\/etenders.chd.nic.in<\/a>.
