\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Panjab University has issued detailed instructions for the students and are available on the notice board of the examination website at the following link. All further updates would be available here only, informed Dr Jagat Bhushan, Controller of Examinations.<\/p>\n

\u00a0He further added that the UG\/PG theory examinations of even semesters would start from 28th<\/sup>\u00a0June for all classes except 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0semester and 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0semester examinations will be starting from 9th<\/sup>\u00a0July to compensate for the delayed start of 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0semester.<\/p>\n

However, the important points for students are as under:-<\/p>\n

  1. Regular students of colleges\/deptts.\/centres will be issued roll numbers from their respective college\/deptt.\/centre and Private and USOL candidates can download their roll numbers from the Panjab University websites :\u00a0ugexam.puchd.ac.in<\/a>and\u00a0pgexam.puchd.ac.in<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. The Question Papers will also be available on these sites.\u00a0\u00a0The candidate has to strictly follow the instructions given in the question paper itself with regard to duration of time as well as number of questions to be attempted.<\/li>\n
  3. UG students can use 20 A4 size sheets and PG students can use 24 A4 size sheets and one side of the sheet will be used for writing the answers. To maintain confidentiality, the format of the first page of the answer sheet has been modified and it will be available on the website and the students have to strictly follow that format only.<\/li>\n
  4. The time for submission\/uploading of a single pdf answer sheet will be 60 minutes after the duration of the exam.<\/li>\n
  5. Panjab University authorities have allowed re-evaluation and rechecking of answer sheets as per University rules.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
