The Government of India (GoI) has announced the Sale (Re-issue<\/strong>) of
\n(i) \u20184.26% Government Security, 2023<\/strong>\u2019 for a notified amount of\u00a0Rs 3,000 crore<\/strong>\u00a0(nominal) through price based auction, (ii)\u00a0\u20185.85% Government Security, 2030\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0for a notified amount of\u00a0Rs 14,000 crore<\/strong>\u00a0(nominal) through\u00a0price based auction<\/u>, and (iii)\u00a0\u20186.76% GS 2061\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0for a notified amount of\u00a0Rs 9,000 crore<\/strong>\u00a0(nominal) through\u00a0price based auction<\/u>. GoI will have the option to retain additional subscription up to\u00a0Rs<\/strong>\u00a06,000 crore<\/strong>\u00a0against above security\/securities. The auctions will be conducted by the Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai Office, Fort, Mumbai on\u00a0June 25<\/strong>, 2021 (Friday) using\u00a0multiple price<\/u>\u00a0method<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Up to 5% of the notified amount of the sale of the Securities\u00a0<\/strong>will be allotted to eligible individuals and Institutions as per the Scheme for Non-Competitive Bidding Facility in the Auction of Government Securities.<\/p>\n

Both competitive and non-competitive bids for the auction should be submitted in electronic format on the Reserve Bank of India Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) system on\u00a0<\/strong>June 25,\u00a0<\/strong>2021<\/strong>. The non-competitive bids should be submitted between 10.30 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. and the competitive bids should be submitted between 10.30 a.m. and 11.30 a.m.<\/p>\n

The result of the auctions will be announced on\u00a0June 25,<\/strong>\u00a02021 (Friday)\u00a0<\/strong>and payment by successful bidders will be on\u00a0June 28<\/strong>, 2021 (Monday)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Securities will be eligible for \u201cWhen Issued\u201d trading in accordance with the guidelines on\u00a0\u2018When Issued transactions in Central Government Securities\u2019\u00a0<\/strong>issued by the Reserve Bank of India vide circular No. RBI\/2018-19\/25 dated July 24, 2018 as amended from time to time.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
