Execution of Devika project<\/strong><\/div>\n
District administration is open to any suggestion of public: DC<\/strong><\/div>\n
UDHAMPUR,23 JUNE,2021-<\/strong> Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Indu Kanwal Chib today said\u00a0 that the District Administration is open to any kind of suggestion(s) and observation from the general public with regard to execution of the prestigious Devika project.<\/div>\n
The District Administration has established Devika helpline number: 01992-2278844 and generated\u00a0 Email Id: udhdevika@gmail.com\u00a0 for general public and the people can share their suggestions and observation regarding Devika project, the DC said while briefing the media about the execution and progress of the project.<\/div>\n
\u201cFor Devika project, the District Administration would like everyone living in Udhampur to contribute and share her\/his suggestions and Observations,\u201d the DC said.<\/div>\n
While sharing details about the prestigious project, she stated that the project was sanctioned\u00a0 at an estimated cost of Rs 186.74 crore\u00a0 under National River Conservation Plan (NRCP) by the Government of India. She informed that the ongoing construction work of this project was started in January 2019.<\/div>\n
