Tashi Gyalson today launched the Leh District Tourist Management System portal in the presence of Secretary, Tourism, UT Ladakh, Mehboob Ali Khan, and Deputy Commissioner, Leh Shrikant Suse virtually.<br \/>\nChairman, LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson appreciated the efforts of the District Administration for developing an easy and user-friendly portal for the convenience of the tourists.He appealed to the tourism fraternity to avail of the benefits of the newly revamped portal which has been made totally electronic.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-8760 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnbbsr.s3waas.gov.in\/s395192c98732387165bf8e396c0f2dad2\/uploads\/2021\/06\/2021062549.jpeg\" alt=\"CEC Leh launched revamped District Tourist Management System portal\" width=\"487\" height=\"248\" \/><br \/>\nSecretary Tourism Mehboob Ali Khan shared that the launch of the Leh district tourist management system would be beneficial in the hassle-free movement of tourists. He hoped that the process would be streamlined quickly\/ sooner and directed the officials to promote the newly launched facility on a bigger scale.<br \/>\nDC Leh, Shrikant Suse informed that the existing portal has been revamped by NIELIT Leh in association with ICICI Bank to facilitate the easy movement of tourists. This would allow domestic tourists to complete formalities electronically and they no longer need to visit the DC office for any physical verification. Mobile application would be launched in 2-3 days.
