Therefore Girish Dayalan, IAS, District Magistrate in exercise of powers conferred under Section 144 of Cr.PC, has ordered the following in continuation and partial modification of previous orders, that<br \/>\nAll non-essential shops, restaurants etc. shall be allowed to openon Sunday as well, from 5 AM to 7 PM.IELTS Coaching institutes are allowed to open subject to curfewtimings provided their teachers, staff and students have had atleastone dose of vaccination. It shall be personal responsibility of the owner to ensure strict adherence to this. Skill Development Centers and Universities shall be allowed to open conditional to the staff and students having taken at least one dose of vaccine. Bars, Pubs and Ahatas shall be allowed to open at 50% of their<br \/>\ncapacity; however social distancing protocols must be maintained, and waiters\/ servers\/ other employees should have taken at least one dose of vaccine.
