India\u2019s cumulative vaccination coverage exceeded 36.48 crore today as per the provisional report till 7 am today. A total of\u00a036,48,47,549\u00a0<\/strong>vaccine doses have been administered through 47,40,833 sessions, as per the provisional report till 7 am today.\u00a033,81,671\u00a0<\/strong>vaccine doses were administered in the last 24 hours.<\/p>\n

The new phase of universalization of COVID19 vaccination commenced from 21st June, 2021. The Union Government is committed to accelerating the pace and expanding the scope of COVID19 vaccination throughout the country.<\/p>\n

India has reported 45,892 daily new cases in the last 24 hours.<\/p>\n

Less than 50,000 Daily New Cases have been reported since eleven continuous days. This is a result of sustained and collaborative efforts by the Centre and the States\/UTs.<\/p>\n

India\u2019s Active Caseload today stands at\u00a04,60,704<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0active cases are now only\u00a01.50%<\/strong>\u00a0of the country’s total Positive Cases.<\/p>\n

Out of the people infected since the beginning of the pandemic,\u00a02,98,43,825\u00a0people have already recovered from COVID-19<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a044,291\u00a0<\/strong>patients have recovered in the last 24 hours. This constitutes an overall recovery rate of\u00a097.18%,\u00a0<\/strong>which is showing a sustained increasing trend.<\/strong><\/p>\n

With substantially ramped up testing capacity across the country, a total of\u00a018,93,800\u00a0tests were conducted in the last 24 hours in the country. Cumulatively, India has conducted over 42.52 crore (42,52,25,897<\/strong>) tests so far.<\/p>\n

While on one side testing capacity has been enhanced across the country, a continued decline in weekly case positivity is noticed.\u00a0Weekly Positivity Rate is currently at 2.37%<\/strong>\u00a0while the\u00a0Daily Positivity rate stands at 2.42% today.\u00a0<\/strong>Daily Positivity rate has remained less than 3% for 17 consecutive days now, and has remained below 5% for over a month.<\/p>\n
