Immediate response and quick redressal of complaints on Haryana Chief Minister Social Media Grievance Tracker (SGMT) has garnered praise and gratitude messages from the people of the state

Haryana Chief Minister Social Media Grievance Tracker (SGMT) is being praised by people of the state. In last one week, the Twitter handle of the Haryana Chief Minister Office has received numerous messages with people expressing gratitude for early redressal of complaints made on the official Twitter handle @cmohry.
In one such tweet Ramphal had raised a complaint regarding non-issuance of old age pension by the state government and the complaint was resolved immediately. While expressing gratitude, Ramphal tweeted stating that his complaint has been resolved and he firmly believes that the state is in safe hands.
In another tweet, Sadanand Chillar, a native of district Charkhi Dadri, appreciated the services rendered by the SGMT wherein he said that his complaint was redressed promptly. He said that he had raised a complaint during the recent paddy procurement following which he immediately received a call from the office concerned, which connected him to the officers in Charkhi Dadri mandi and his grievance was resolved on priority. Sadanand Chillar in his tweet said that the problem was resolved within two days and he was grateful to the Department concerned. He said that the quick response reflects the state government’s humbleness and appreciated the good governance of the government.
Vipin Shukla, a resident of Gurugram had complained about an open pit in his area. The authorities concerned repaired the pit immediately. Later, Vipin Shukla in his tweet expressed gratitude to all officers who resolved his complaint quickly.
Likewise, another resident of Gurugram, Manisha had raised a complaint regarding the supply of ration at the local depot. She complained that the depot owner claimed that the government was not giving free ration anymore. The matter was taken up immediately by the authorities concerned and the issue was resolved within 2 days time. Manisha expressed gratitude stating that her issue had been resolved.
Rahul Mittal had complained about a pillar in the middle of a newly built road in Hisar. He urged the authorities concerned to remove it as it can lead to accidents. The Department concerned took swift action on the complaint and the pillar was shifted. Rahul expressed gratitude @cmohry on Twitter for the immediate action taken.
