BJP Mahila Morcha Organises Mahila Sammelan at Samba, Reiterates Commitment to Atmanirbhar Bharat

A Mahila Sammelan was organised at the BJP Party Headquarters, Samba, under the leadership of Adv. Neha Mahajan, President BJP Mahila Morcha, Jammu & Kashmir.

J&K BJP Vice-President Rashpal Verma, DDC Chairperson Keshav Sharma, MLA Vijaypur Chander Prakash Ganga, MLA Samba Surjit Singh Slathia, BJP Secretaries Arti Jasrotia and Arun Sharma, District President BJP Samba Asha Rani, Sangathan Mantri (Jammu–Reasi Constituency) Inderjit Sharma and Mahila Morcha State General Secretaries Er. Urvashi Gupta, Poonam Gupta and Geeta Bhagat, and Secretary Sonia Thakur, besides other also joined the programme.

The programme was organized by District President BJP Mahila Morcha Samba, Indu Wazir, and saw active participation of women workers and senior party leaders.

Addressing the gathering, Adv. Neha Mahajan highlighted the vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for women-led development and stressed the importance of Atmanirbhar Bharat. She urged Mahila Morcha workers to promote self-reliance, women entrepreneurship and to take forward the pledge of Swadeshi Sankalp by supporting indigenous products.

Chander Prakash Ganga, while addressing the Sammelan, appreciated the organizational strength of BJP Mahila Morcha and stated that women have emerged as a strong pillar of the party. He lauded the Central Government’s women-centric initiatives and called upon women workers to strengthen BJP’s outreach at the grassroots level.

Surjit Singh Slathia, in his address, emphasized the decisive role of women in shaping a strong and developed nation. He encouraged Mahila Morcha activists to spread awareness about government welfare schemes and actively connect with women at the booth and mandal levels.

The programme concluded with a collective pledge of Swadeshi Sankalp, reaffirming the commitment towards women empowerment, self-reliance and a Viksit Bharat.
