No Complaint pending on Samadhan Cell Portal for 2024; District Administration’s working style becomes a model for others
Deputy Commissioner directs resolution of pending complaints within 15 days

Fatehabad district has secured the top position in the state for the prompt, transparent, and effective resolution of complaints received during Samadhan camps. Principal Secretary, Labour Department, Sh. Rajeev Ranjan, while reviewing the Samadhan Cell during a meeting on Friday, appreciated the efficient administrative work of the Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Vivek Bharti, and the district administration and congratulated them on this achievement.
During the video conference review, the Principal Secretary said that the Fatehabad district administration is taking complaints received at Samadhan camps seriously and ensuring their timely resolution, which is an example and a model for other districts to follow. He mentioned that no complaints from 2024 are pending on the Samadhan Cell portal in the district, reflecting the administration’s commitment and efficiency. He also directed the prompt resolution of all pending cases.
Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Vivek Bharti, during the meeting said that this achievement is a result of team spirit, which is enabling the district to deliver public services effectively. He directed that complaints received at the Samadhan camps should be resolved as a priority, and all pending complaints of the year 2025 must be resolved within the next 15 days, and a report be submitted to the Deputy Commissioner’s office.

Dr Vivek Bharti also said that detailed reports, including the reasons, be submitted within two days for complaints rejected, to ensure transparency and accountability in the process. He also directed officers to prioritise resolving complaints registered on the SMGT portal, CPGRAMS, and the CM Window.
