Haryana State Pharmacy Council gives another more opportunity for pending registrations

Applicants must submit an affidavit confirming they are not registered with any other State Pharmacy Council

Chandigarh, 21 November 2025

The Haryana State Pharmacy Council (HSPC) has taken a significant step towards making the registration process more transparent, fair, and convenient. Applicants who have not yet submitted their required documents for registration have now been given an additional opportunity to complete this process.

Registrar, Haryana State Pharmacy Council, Ms. Ankita Adhikari, informed that candidates who earlier failed to submit their documents for pharmacy registration should now carefully read the latest guidelines available on the Council’s website. Applicants will be required to submit their pending documents along with a written explanation stating the reason for the delay.

She further clarified that pharmacy certificates issued by institutions located outside Haryana must be mandatorily verified by their respective universities, boards, the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), or other recognized bodies. Besides this, applicants must submit an affidavit declaring that they are not registered with any other State Pharmacy Council.

Ms. Ankita Adhikari assured that no eligible applicant will be deprived of registration due to genuine procedural or verification-related reasons. She reiterated the Council’s commitment to transparency, fairness, and providing smooth services.

She said that for further information or assistance regarding the registration process with the Haryana State Pharmacy Council (HSPC), applicants may contact the Council office during working hours or use the official communication channels available on the Council’s website.
