Chief Minister’s Twitter handle is becoming peoples’ choice

Those who post tweets on CM’s Twitter handle express gratitude

 

Chandigarh, September 21- Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal’s Twitter handle is gaining popularity day by day and is becoming peoples’ choice. Those who have raised issues on CM’s Twitter handle and have received an immediate response subsequently are retweeting and expressing gratitude to the Chief Minister.

Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Chief Minister, Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal informed that in the month of September five complaints were received from Faridabad, Gurugram, Kaithal, Mahendragarh and Faridabad districts. He shared that the team of the Twitter handle took immediate cognizance of these complaints and they were resolved promptly. He said that on September 2 a ticket was raised on the Chief Minister’s Twitter handle from Faridabad from the id @tarunlakhani99 wherein the person tweeting questioned the Chief Minister whether any action will be taken against the vehicle number HR-26-CW-5181? The complainant stated that the vehicle seems to be of police personnel as the police logo was present on the number plate. The complainant further rued and questioned that what will the public learn when the guardians of law, the police, is not adhering to it?

Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal said that immediate cognizance of the tweet was taken by the Office of Chief Minister and the Traffic Police, Faridabad was informed about the tweet. The Traffic Police immediately swung into action and informed that an e-challan worth Rs 500 has been issued to Rakesh Nagarwal, the registered owner of vehicle number HR-26-CW-5181 for driving the vehicle in the wrong direction near Neelam Flyover Faridabad, after clicking a picture of the same.

Sh. Dayal said that on September 6, the complainant tweeted at @cmohry, @FTPfbd, Police_haryana, @mlkhattar and @FBDPolice at 10.39 am and said, “Thank you to Yashpal ji for cooperating, he has sent a copy of the challan today as promised. Jai Hind, Jai Bharat!”.

 

Similarly, in another tweet raised on September 14, 2021 from Bhiwani by @vikas_chandra complaining about the menace of stray cattle and uneven, broken roads. The matter was taken up immediately and he tweeted subsequently that on the cognizance of the CM’s office, the Municipal Council Bhiwani resolved the issued on priority. He elaborated that action was taken promptly and thereafter complainant retweeted on September 15 stating that “the issue has been resolved within a day, thank you.” Sh. Dayal said that earlier during the month of September, five complaints had been raised on Chief Minister’s Twitter handle from Yamunanagar, Panipat, Sonipat, Jhajjar and Faridabad districts and they were resolved on priority.
