Directs officers to ensure swift redressal of issues

A large number of people gathered at the Chandigarh residence of Haryana Health Minister, Ms. Arti Singh Rao today to share their grievances and complaints. The Minister listened to each person attentively and directed the concerned departmental officers to take prompt action.
During the public hearing, residents from across the state raised issues related to health services, benefits of government schemes, electricity and water supply, education, employment, and local development works. The Health Minister heard all concerns and assured the people that their issues would be resolved at the earliest.
Ms. Arti Singh Rao said that the state government’s priority is to ensure that every citizen receives the benefits of schemes and services without any discrimination. She emphasised that poor, farmers, labourers, and the underprivileged must be able to access government schemes in a transparent and hassle-free manner.
The Health Minister directed officers to prioritise quality and transparency in all public service-related work. She directed them to expedite development projects and ensure accountability. She also said that negligence or laxity at any level would not be tolerated.
She further said that such public hearings help strengthen communication between the government and the people, allowing genuine issues to be identified and addressed effectively. She assured the public that the government remains committed to meeting their expectations.
