Manohar Lal inaugurates ‘MP Mobile Office’ of Sanjay Bhatia
Chandigarh, December 31 – Haryana Chief Minister, Manohar Lal inaugurated the ‘MP Mobile Office’ of Member of Parliament (MP), Sanjay Bhatia today. Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament, Dushyant Gautam was also present in this programme.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that such an office is a good and unique experiment by the Member of Parliament which will be used for public welfare. He further added that the people of the Lok Sabha constituency will be benefitted through the facilities available in the mobile office.
He said that the Atal Seva Kendra is also a part of this mobile office which has been set up in a Tempo Traveller. The Atal Seva Kendra in this mobile office will be beneficial and will render on the spot facilities to the people of the area. Elaborating on the use of the Mobile Office he said that the Members of Parliament (MPs) will be present in their mobile office during their tour of the Lok Sabha constituency. The office is well-equipped and also has Wi-Fi facility, he added. Besides this, sound system and lights have also been installed in the mobile office vans. Moreover, the personal mobile number of the MP is also printed on the mobile office van.
Speaking on it further he said that it is worth mentioning that the MP of Karnal likes to try new things. The Member of Parliament had started the ‘Har Sar Helmet’ Scheme from July 11, 2020 in the Lok Sabha constituency. Under this scheme, a youth who has completed 18 years of age is given a helmet free of cost on applying for a Learning Driving License so as to prevent any instances of death due to head injury in the event of an accident. So far, thousands of free helmets have been distributed to youth of Karnal Lok Sabha constituency under this Scheme.
