Chandigarh, September 25- On the occasion of birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, Haryana Minister of State for Women and Child Development, Mrs. Kamlesh Dhanda said that vision and life of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya has been a source of inspiration for all of us. Following his principles and ideals, we are all working for welfare of the people, she added.
She said that a leading figure of Indian politics, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya had lead his entire life based on the principle of Antyodaya aimed at uplifting the farmers, villages, poor, dalits, oppressed, exploited and deprived sections of the society.
The progressive ideas of integral humanism and the spirit of Antyodaya propounded by him are the foundation of organizational work and a source of inspiration for every worker.
Mrs. Dhanda said that Pandit Deendayal struggled throughout his life to protect and preserve India’s culture and values. He also worked to give a progressive ideology to the country. He laid foundation for radical change in the nature of Indian politics. Pandit Deendayal was not only a politician but also a great thinker, and writer. In this way, he envisioned a supreme, powerful and balanced nation.
