As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, 02 new positive sample report of Covid-19 were reported. Both of them were received by CMO Leh. No deaths were reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.

While a total of 409 sample reports were tested in UT Ladakh. 341 sample reports in Leh and 63 sample reports in Kargil were found to be negative.
The bulletin further informs that 03 patients have been cured and discharged. All of them were discharged by CMO Leh.
With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 15; all the active cases are in Leh district. The bulletin further informs that 2081 passengers were screened at the KBR, Leh airport while 643 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post and 372 passengers were screened at Khangral check post.
