To contain the spread of corona virus all safety and precautionary measures were properly followed by all district administrations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>District Mandi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jal Shakti Minister Mahender Singh Thakur presided over the Jan Manch held in Karsog Assembly Constituency of District Mandi.<br \/>\nDuring Jan Manch 332 complaints and demands were received out of which maximum were resolved on the spot while remaining were sent to the concerned departments for early redressal.<br \/>\nDuring Jan Manch, FDR of Rs. 12 thousand each to five beneficiary girls under Beti hai Anmol Yojana. He also provided free Gas connections to eligible families under Grihini Suvidha Yojana.<br \/>\nMLA Karsog Hira Lal, Deputy Commissioner Arindam Chaudhary and Superintendent of Police Shalini Agnihotri and other senior officials were also present on the occasion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>District Mandi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj presided over the Jan Manch at Kalbog in Jubbal-Kotkhai Assembly constituency of District Shimla. On this occasion as many as 76 complaints were received and 73 were disposed off on the spot while remaining were sent to different departments for early redressal.<br \/>\nDuring Jan Manch health check-up of 78 persons was done in free health camp and free medicines were given to 30 patients after tests. On this occasion Covid vaccination of 43 persons was done. As many as seven certificates of different types and six mutations were also prepared on the spot.<br \/>\nConvenor of BJP State IT Cell Chetan Bragata, Deputy Commissioner Aditya Negi and other senior officials were also present on the occasion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>District Hamirpur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Sarveen Chaudhary presided over the Jan Manch in Government Senior Secondary School Kangu of Nadaun Assembly constituency in Hamirpur district. Ten complaints and eight demands were received before the Jan Manch which was resolved before the Jan Manch.<br \/>\nDuring Jan Manch 16 complaints and 37 demands and all were disposed of on the spot.<br \/>\nOn the occasion Sarveen Chaudhary distributed Bamboo Kits to 25 artisans. She provided FDRs of Rs. 31 thousand each to 10 eligible girls for their marriage under Shagun Yojana and Rs. 12 thousand each to five beneficiary girls under Beti hai Anmol Yojana. She also provided free Gas connections to four women under Grihini Suvidha Yojana and Motorcycles and Ice Box to five beneficiaries under Fisheries.<br \/>\nMedical camp was also organized by the Health and Ayush Department in which medical check-up of 313 persons was done.<br \/>\nEx. MLA Baldev Sharma, Chairperson Zila Parishad Babli Devi, Chairperson Commission for Protection of Child Rights Vandana Yogi, Chairman OBC Commission Ramlok Dhanotia, Vice Chairman HRTC Vijay Agnihotri, Deputy Commissioner Debshweta Banik, Superintendent of Police Dr. Aakriti Sharma and other officers were also present on the occasion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>District Una<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Virender Kanwar presided over the Jan Manch organized at Government High School Uppar Basal in Kuthlehar Assembly Constituency of district Una. As many as 102 complaints were received, out of which maximum were redressed on the spot. The remaining complaints were sent to concerned departments for early redressal.<br \/>\nDuring Jan Manch two persons were given the first dose and 29 were given second dose of Covid vaccination. Free medical camp was organized in which health check-up of 128 persons and medical tests of 28 persons was done.<br \/>\nOn this occasion FDR of Rs. 21 thousand each was provided to families adopting girl child.<br \/>\nVice Chairman Zila Parishad Krishan Pal Sharma, Deputy commissioner Raghav Sharma, Superintendent of Police Arjit Sen Thakur and other senior officers were also present on the occasion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>District Solan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Industries Minister Bikram Singh presided over the Jan Manch organised at Banalagi in Doon Assembly Constituency of Solan District where 145 complaints and demands were received out of which maximum were disposed off on the spot and remaining were sent to concerned departments for early disposal.<br \/>\nDuring Jan Manch two Himachal Domicile Certificates, 11 income certificates were issued and 21 persons were provided copy of family register. As many as 14 persons were enrolled for Aadhaar and two affidavits were made.<br \/>\nOn this occasion documents of five eligible families were finalized under Himachal Grihini Suvidha Yojana. Health check-up of 271 people was done during the free medical camps organised by Health and Ayurvedic departments. Covid-19 vaccination was also done in which five persons were given the first dose and 17 persons were given second dose. RAT test of five persons was done for Corona infection. The health check-up of 107 cattle was also done.<br \/>\nOn this occasion, he also provided FDRs of Rs. twelve thousand each to the parents of six BPL girls under Beti Hai Anmol Yojana.<br \/>\nHe provided assistance to five girls under Shagun Yojana and free gas connections to three families under Himachal Grihini Suvidha Yojna. He presented the cheque of first instalment of Mukhyamantri Griha Anudan Yojana to two eligible beneficiaries and sewing machines to three women on this occasion.<br \/>\nMLA Doon Parm Jeet Singh Pammi, Chairman Zila Parishad Solan Ramesh Thakur, BDC Chairperson Dharampur Jamana Thakur, member State BJP working committee Gopal Thakur, Deputy Commissioner Solan Kritika Kulhari, SP Solan Virender Sharma and officers of various departments were also present on the occasion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>District Kullu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Education Minister Govind Singh Thakur presided over Jan Manch held at Government Senior Secondary School Nither in Anni of Kullu district. During this programme 40 complaints were received out of which maximum were resolved on the spot and remaining were sent to concerned departments for early redressal.<br \/>\nOn this occasion MLA Kishori Lal Sagar, APMC Chairman Amar Thakur, BJP Mandaladhyaksh Mahender Thakur, Deputy Commissioner Ashutosh Garg, Additional SP Sagar Chander and other senior officers were also present.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mandi Sirmaur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Rajiv Saizal presided over the Jan Manch organised at Government Senior Secondary School Koti Padhog in Pachhad Assembly Constituency of district Sirmaur.<br \/>\nDuring Jan Manch 47 complaints were received and most of them were settled on the spot and the remaining complaints were sent to the concerned departments.<br \/>\nDuring the Jan Manch, FDR of Rs. 12 thousand each was presented to the parents of 12 new born girls under Beti Hai Anmol Yojana. FDR of Rs. 50 thousand was also presented to a woman under widow remarriage and free gas connections were provided to 200 eligible families under Grihini Suvidha Yojana.<br \/>\nMLA Reena Kashyap, Chairman Agriculture Marketing Board Baldev Bhandari, Deputy Commissioner Ramkumar Gautam and Superintendent of Police Omapati Jamwal were also present on the occasion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bilaspur District<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In District Bilaspur Jan Manch was organized at Gram Panchayat Jukhala of Assembly Constituency Shri Naina Devi which was presided over by MPP and Power Minister Sukh Ram. During Jan Manch 349 complaints and demands were received and most of the cases were disposed off on the occasion.<br \/>\nDuring Jan Manch 30 Himachal certificates, 13 SC certificates, 12 income certificates, nine mutations and six disability certificates were issued.<br \/>\nHe presented FDRs of Rs. 12 thousand each to five beneficiary girls under Beti Hai Anmol Yojana. He also planted sapling of Amla under Ek Buta Beti Ke Naam Yojana.<br \/>\nMLA Ram Lal Thakur, Vice Chairman of State Disaster Management Authority Randhir Sharma, Deputy Commissioner Pankaj Rai and senior officers were also present on the occasion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kangra District<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In Kangra district, the Jan Manch was organised Government Senior Secondary School Serathana of Nagrota Assembly Constituency which was presided over by Forest Minister Rakesh Pathania. As many as 83 complaints and demands were received during the Jan Manch out of which maximum were disposed off on the spot and remaining were sent to concerned departments for speedy redressal.<br \/>\nHe said that for timely and speedy redressal of issues of the people Mukhyamantri Seva Sankalp Helpline -1100 has also been started.<br \/>\nMedical camp was also organized by the Health Department in which medical check-up of 210 persons was done. Covid-19 vaccination of 28 persons was also done on this occasion.<br \/>\nForest Minister planted sapling of Amrapali near the school and said that there is need to increase sensitivity in the society towards protection of girls and conservation of environment.<br \/>\nOn the occasion Rakesh Pathania provided free Gas Stoves to six eligible families under Grihini Suvidha Yojana, FDRs of Rs. 12 thousand each to three beneficiary girls under Beti hai Anmol Yojana, Rs. 31 thousand each to four eligible girls under Shagun Yojana. He distributed devices to 20 disabled persons provided by the Red Cross Society.<br \/>\nDeputy Commissioner Kangra Nipun Jindal, Superintendent of Police Dr. Kushal Chand Sharma and other senior officers were also present on the occasion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kinnaur district<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In Kinnaur district, the Jan Manch was organised at Nichar which was presided over by the Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Rajinder Garg. As many as 78 complaints were received during the programme and most of them were disposed off on the spot. The remaining complaints were sent to concerned departments for early disposal. During Jan Manch nine mutations, six Himachal Certificates, nine ST certificates, three income certificates and two character certificates were issued.<br \/>\nIn health camp organised on the occasion, around 246 people availed the facility of free health check-ups.<br \/>\nChairman Zila Parishad Nihal Charas, Chairperson Panchayat Samiti Nichar Rajvanti Negi, BJP Mandal President Nichar Sanjay Negi, Vice Chairman of HP Forest Development Corporation Surat Negi, Deputy Commissioner Abid Husain Sadik and other senior officers were also present on the occasion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>District Chamba<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In Chamba district, the Jan Manch was organised at Bhanjradu of Churah Assembly Constituency. Deputy Speaker of Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Dr. Hansraj presided over the function. As many as 304 complaints and demands were received during the programme out of which maximum were disposed off on the spot and remaining were sent to concerned departments for early redressal.<br \/>\nIn health camp organised on the occasion, 396 people availed the facility of free health check-up and free medicines were also distributed. As many as 30 persons were administered the corona vaccine. Disability certificates to 14 persons and health cards to 10 persons were issued under Ayushman Yojna on the spot.<br \/>\nDeputy Commissioner DC Rana, Senior Superintendent of Police S.
