The road was funded under the Central Road Fund (CRF) for the year 2018-19.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the occasion Shri Lambor Malngiang said that the project was sanctioned in the year 2018, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic the work was delayed and it is a momentous occasion to see that the project has been fast tracked and completed. He added that roads being the backbone of the society will provide not only livelihood opportunities but also bring in various development activities. Shri Malngiang expressed his gratitude towards the Nongkrem Dorbar Pyllun and the public in general for supporting the developmental activities taken by the PWD (Roads) which will directly impact their lives in a positive manner.<\/p>\n<p>Others who were present include Dr. Balajied Singh Syiem, Syiem Hima Khyrim, Shri D. M. Pyngrope, EE PWD (Roads) N.H.
