On the occasion, Children tied Surakhsha Bandhan to Div Com.<\/div>\n<div>Speaking at the event, the Div Com said that children are blooming buds and future asset of the nation who need care,\u00a0 protection from exploitation and shall enjoy their rights. He said that better childhood ensures behavioural develpment of a child and progressive citizen of a nation.<\/div>\n<div>Meanwhile, Div Com appreciated NGO for the work regarding children, their protection and rights.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The Chidline Se Dosti week is celebrated to disseminate the message about rights of the children, their upbringing and protection besides eradicate child labour,\u00a0 trafficking and abuse.<\/div>\n<div>A member of &#8216;Chidline&#8217; said that the week from November 14 to 21 is celebrated every year across the country as well as in J&amp;K.
