Chandigarh, September 14 – Haryana Chief Secretary, Mrs. Keshni Anand Arora\u00a0 has directed the officers to ensure 100 percent implementation of\u00a0 Business Reform Action Plan (BRAP) by September end. Besides this, the departments that are less than the State average point, were also directed to speed up their functioning within seven days.<\/p>\n

Mrs. Keshni Anand Arora was presiding over the review meeting regarding progress of implementation of the District Business Reforms Action Plan (DBRAP) held here today. A total of 33 departments were reviewed in the meeting.<\/p>\n

The Chief Secretary directed\u00a0Public Works Department, Health, Education, Food and Supplies, Mining, Home, HSIIDC, Public Health Engineering, and Irrigation Departments to improve their progress.<\/p>\n

Mrs. Arora also directed that all the concerned departments should work with mutual coordination for the business reform and ensure that all services are delivered online within the stipulated time frame.\u00a0 For this, all departments should notify their pending services under Right to Service Act.<\/p>\n

She directed the Administrative Secretaries to personally review work to be done for the improvement action plan.<\/p>\n

The State Business Reform Action Plan was also reviewed in the meeting.\u00a0 The Chief Secretary directed the officers concerned that the points that need improvement should be done within a period of seven days.<\/p>\n

It was informed in the meeting that 213 points are to be implemented at the district-level and 301 points at state level under the Business Reform Action Plan of the Central Government.<\/p>\n

It was informed that at the state level the compliance of Business Reform Action Plan is\u00a062 percent and\u00a052 percent at the district level.<\/p>\n

Principal Secretary, Town and Country Planning Department, Mr.A.K.\u00a0 Singh and Senior officers were present in the meeting.\u00a0 Apart from this, the administrative secretaries of other departments attend the meeting through video conferencing.<\/p>\n
