He said that it is a matter of great pride for him that his suggestion has been mentioned by the Lieutenant Governor of the UT in his Radio Talk that is being watched throughout.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>He said that promoting local self governance institutions is a very essential step and needs to be further strengthened at the grassroots level for improved governance. He further said that strengthening of local self governance institutions provides an opportunity for officials to involve the local populace to plan, manage and deliver services in the implementation
