With the administration of\u00a062,06,244\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>vaccine doses in the last 24 hours, India\u2019s COVID-19 vaccination coverage has exceeded\u00a0136.66 Cr (1,36,66,05,173)<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0as per provisional reports till 7 am today.\u00a0 This has been achieved through 1,43,67,288 sessions.<\/p>\n

The recovery of\u00a08,706\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>patients in the last 24 hours has increased the cumulative tally of recovered patients\u00a0(since the beginning of the pandemic) to\u00a03,41,71,471.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

Consequently, India\u2019s recovery rate stands at\u00a098.38%<\/strong><\/b>, highest since March 2020.<\/p>\n

Sustained and collaborative efforts by the Centre and the States\/UTs continue the trend of less than 15,000 Daily New Cases that is being reported\u00a0for last 51\u00a0days\u00a0now.<\/p>\n

7,145 new cases<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0were reported in the last 24 hours.<\/p>\n

India\u2019s Active Caseload is presently at\u00a084,565. This is lowest in 569 days.\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>Active cases constitute\u00a00.24%<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0of the country’s total Positive Cases,\u00a0which\u00a0is\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>l<\/strong><\/b>owest since March 2020.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

The testing capacity across the country continues to be expanded. The last 24 hours saw a total of\u00a012,45,402\u00a0tests being conducted. India has so far conducted over\u00a066.28 Cr (66,28,97,388<\/strong><\/b>) cumulative tests.<\/p>\n

While testing capacity has been enhanced across the country,\u00a0Weekly Positivity Rate at 0.62% remains less than 1% for the last 34 days now.\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>The\u00a0Daily Positivity rate reported to be 0.57%.\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>The daily Positivity rate has remained below 2% for last 75 days and below 3% for 110 consecutive days now.<\/p>\n
