Amount released directly into the accounts of the beneficiaries covered under MMPSY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Under MMPSY, beneficiaries\u00a0 are eligible to get a benefit of Rs 6000 per year<\/strong><\/p>\n

Since 2014, while working in the spirit of Antyodaya, benefits of all government schemes are being ensured to those in the last of the pyramid, Manohar Lal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Beneficiaries eligible to get benefits under these schemes should ensure the registration at the earliest, Manohar Lal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chandigarh, January 31:<\/strong> Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal while releasing the premium amount of Rs. 5.33 crore to 3,14,446 beneficiaries of Mukhya Mantri Parivar Samridhi Yojna (MMPSY) during a State-level function held through video conferencing here today said that since 2014, ensuring the reach of the benefits of various government schemes and programmes to those in the last of the pyramid while following the path of Antyodaya as shown by Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya has remained the utmost priority of the State Government.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cOur target is to cover maximum beneficiaries under these schemes by March 31, 2022, so as to ensure that the future of these beneficiaries could be ensured. Therefore all those beneficiaries who are eligible to get benefits under these schemes and are yet to enroll themselves should ensure the registration at the earliest,\u201d urged Sh. Manohar Lal<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 During the programme, out of the total 3,14,446 beneficiaries under MMPSY,\u00a0 as many as 29 beneficiaries enrolled under Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY), Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) and all the three Maandhan schemes including Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana (PMKMY), Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maan-dhan (PMSYMY), and Pradhan Mantri Laghu Vyapari Mandhan Pension Yojana (PMLVMY) also received the scheme acknowledgement letter from the Chief Minister, while rest of the beneficiaries received the same from the Deputy Commissioners at the programme held at district level. Under MMPSY, beneficiaries are eligible to get a benefit of Rs 6000 per year and this amount will be used to pay the beneficiary’s share of centrally sponsored schemes for pension and insurance, informed the Chief Minister.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cIn today\u2019s programme an amount of Rs. 3,32,82,480 has been released\u00a0 directly into the accounts of 1,00,856\u00a0 beneficiaries of PMJJBY, Rs. 21,94,992 to 1,82,916 beneficiaries\u00a0 of PMSBY and Rs.1,78,22,500 to 30,674 beneficiaries of\u00a0 Maandhan schemes (PMKMY, PMSYMY, PMLVMY),\u201d informed the Chief Minister.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Chief Minister further informed that the MMPSY scheme is an umbrella of five central government schemes wherein the premium of\u00a0 PMJJBY, PMSBY and three Maandhan schemes (PMKMY, PMSYMY, PMLVMY)\u00a0 under MMPSY, will be reimbursed to the beneficiaries by the State Government\u00a0 whose family income is less than or equal to Rs. 1.80 lakh per annum.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He informed that there are 10.73 lakh such families registered under Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) whose annual income is less than or equal to Rs 1.80 lakh and 40 lakh beneficiaries eligible to get benefit under MMPSY. Out of the said beneficiaries\u2019 data, 16.81 lakh beneficiaries are eligible to get the benefit of PMJJBY and PMSBY schemes.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cThe disbursement to the remaining eligible beneficiaries will also be made in due course of time. For executing this task, the State Government has a budget provision to the tune of Rs. 821 crore during the Financial Year 2021-22 in the MMPSY scheme,\u201d informed the Chief Minister.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He said that all such families having annual income of Rs 1.80 lakh per annum and who are yet not included in the Socio-Economic and Caste Census (SECC) 2011 will also be included in the Ayushman Bharat scheme and their premium will also be paid by the state government.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Additional Chief Secretary, Finance and Planning Departments, Sh. T.V. S.N. Prasad,\u00a0 Principal Secretary to Chief Minister,\u00a0 Sh. V. Umashankar,\u00a0 Labour Commissioner and Secretary to Labour Department, Sh. T.L. Satyaprakash,\u00a0 Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Dr. Amit Agrawal, Deputy Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Smt.\u00a0 Ashima Brar, Mission Director, Mukhya Mantri Antyodaya Parivaar Utthaan Yojana, Sh.\u00a0 Mandip Singh Brar, Director General Agriculture Department, Sh. Hardeep Singh, Director, Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management, Mandeep Kaur remained present on this occasion.<\/p>\n
