These rules propose to formalize the movement of Non-Transport ( personal)\u00a0 vehicles registered in other countries when entering or plying in the territory of India.<\/p>\n<p>The following documents shall be carried in the vehicle(s) operating under Inter-Country Non-Transport Vehicle Rules during the duration of stay in the country, namely:\u2013<\/p>\n<p>(i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A valid registration certificate;<\/p>\n<p>(ii)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A valid driving license or international driving permit, whichever is applicable;<\/p>\n<p>(iii)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A valid insurance policy;<\/p>\n<p>(iv)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A valid pollution under control certificate (if applicable in the origin country);<\/p>\n<p>In case the documents referred to above are in a language other than English, then an authorized English translation, duly authenticated by the issuing authority, shall be carried along with the original documents.<\/p>\n<p>Motor vehicles registered in any country other than India shall not be permitted to transport local passengers and goods within the territory of India.<\/p>\n<p>Motor vehicles registered in any country other than India shall be required to comply with rules and regulations made under Section 118 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 of India.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/static.pib.gov.in\/WriteReadData\/specificdocs\/documents\/2022\/mar\/doc202231726401.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to view the Gazette Notification<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u0a2e\u0a3e\u0a2b\u0a3c \u0a15\u0a30\u0a28\u0a3e, \u0a07\u0a39 \u0a16\u0a2c\u0a30 \u0a24\u0a41\u0a39\u0a3e\u0a21\u0a40 \u0a2c\u0a47\u0a28\u0a24\u0a40 \u0a2d\u0a3e\u0a38\u0a3c\u0a3e \u0a35\u0a3f\u0a71\u0a1a \u0a09\u0a2a\u0a32\u0a2c\u0a27 \u0a28\u0a39\u0a40\u0a02 \u0a39\u0a48\u0964 \u0a15\u0a3f\u0a30\u0a2a\u0a3e \u0a15\u0a30\u0a15\u0a47 \u0a07\u0a71\u0a25\u0a47 \u0a26\u0a47\u0a16\u0a4b\u0964 DELHI\u00a0 : 17 MAR 2022 The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has issued a draft notification &#8211; Inter-Country Non-Transport ( personal)\u00a0 Vehicle Rules, 2022\u00a0 dated 16.03.2022.
