The incorporations during FY 2021-22 are 8% more than the incorporations during FY 2020-21. While MCA had registered 1.24 lakh companies during FY 2018-19 and 1.22 lakh companies in 2019-20 respectively, it had registered 1.55 Lakh companies during FY 2020-21.<\/p>\n<p>As part of Government of India\u2019s drive for Ease of Doing Business (EoDB), the MCA has taken many initiatives thereby saving as many procedures, time and cost for starting a business in India.<\/p>\n<p>The MCA launched SPICe+ form in February 2020 and also integrated 11 different services mentioned below, across 3 Central Government Ministries\/Departments (Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Labour &amp; Department of Revenue in the Ministry of Finance), 3 State Governments (Maharashtra, Karnataka and West Bengal), and NCT of Delhi:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name Reservation<\/li>\n<li>Company Incorporation<\/li>\n<li>Director Identification Number<\/li>\n<li>EPFO Registration No.<\/li>\n<li>ESIC Registration Number<\/li>\n<li>PAN<\/li>\n<li>TAN<\/li>\n<li>Profession Tax Registration Number for the state of Maharashtra, Karnataka and West Bengal<\/li>\n<li>Bank Account number and<\/li>\n<li>GSTN Number (on Optional basis)<\/li>\n<li>Shop and Establishment Registration No. for NCT of Delhi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During FY 2021-22, the States having the highest number of registrations were Maharashtra (31,107 companies) followed by Uttar Pradesh (16,969 companies) Delhi (16,323 companies) Karnataka (13,403 companies) and Tamil Nadu (11,020 companies).<\/p>\n<p>Sector wise, the maximum number of companies were incorporated in the Business Services (44,168 companies), followed by Manufacturing (34,640 Companies) Community, personal &amp; Social Services (23,416 companies) and Agriculture &amp; Allied Activities (13,387 companies).<\/p>\n<p>The MCA is continuously striving to transform regulatory environment and has taken several measures in recent past towards EoDB like:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Revision of Definition of Small Companies which has reduced compliance burden on about 2 lakh companies<\/li>\n<li>Zero MCA fee for company incorporation up to Rs 15 lakh authorised capital<\/li>\n<li>Incentivisation of incorporation of One Person Companies (OPCs)<\/li>\n<li>De-criminalisation of technical &amp; procedural violations under Companies &amp; LLP Act.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"entry-title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/newsmakhani.com\/science-and-technology-should-be-used-for-common-good-of-the-people-and-to-solve-their-problems-vice-president\/\" rel=\"bookmark\">READ MORE :-\u00a0 Science and technology should be used for common good of the people and to solve their problems \u2013 Vice President<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>****<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u0a2e\u0a3e\u0a2b\u0a3c \u0a15\u0a30\u0a28\u0a3e, \u0a07\u0a39 \u0a16\u0a2c\u0a30 \u0a24\u0a41\u0a39\u0a3e\u0a21\u0a40 \u0a2c\u0a47\u0a28\u0a24\u0a40 \u0a2d\u0a3e\u0a38\u0a3c\u0a3e \u0a35\u0a3f\u0a71\u0a1a \u0a09\u0a2a\u0a32\u0a2c\u0a27 \u0a28\u0a39\u0a40\u0a02 \u0a39\u0a48\u0964 \u0a15\u0a3f\u0a30\u0a2a\u0a3e \u0a15\u0a30\u0a15\u0a47 \u0a07\u0a71\u0a25\u0a47 \u0a26\u0a47\u0a16\u0a4b\u0964 DELHI\u00a0 : 18 APR 2022\u00a0 During the Financial Year 2021-22, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) registered more than 1.67 Lakh company incorporations as compared to 1.55 Lakh companies during FY 2020-21.
