A bulging or ballooning in a blood vessel in the brain is known as a brain aneurysm. It resembles a fruit on a stem in appearance.<\/div>\n
A brain aneurysm can rupture or leak, resulting in brain haemorrhage (hemorrhagic stroke). The most common location for a ruptured brain aneurysm is the area between the brain and the thin tissues that cover it. A subarachnoid haemorrhage is a form of hemorrhagic stroke.<\/div>\n

A ruptured aneurysm can soon become life-threatening, necessitating immediate medical attention. The majority of brain aneurysms, on the other hand, do not burst, cause health problems, or cause symptoms. Aneurysms of this type are frequently discovered during examinations for other disorders.<\/div>\n

  • An excruciatingly painful headache<\/li>\n

  • Neck stiffness<\/li>\n
  • Double eyesight or hazy vision<\/li>\n
  • Light sensitivity is a term used to describe a person’s sensitivity to light<\/li>\n
  • Seizure<\/li>\n
  • An eyelid that has drooped<\/li>\n
  • Consciousness loss<\/li>\n
  • Confusion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Aneurysm that ‘leaks’ :<\/b><\/div>\n
    An aneurysm may occasionally leak a little amount of blood. This leaking (sentinel bleed) may only result in the following:<\/div>\n

    • An excruciatingly painful headache appears out of nowhere.<\/li>\n
    • Leaking is frequently followed by a more catastrophic rupture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Aneurysm that hasn’t burst :<\/b><\/div>\n
      If the aneurysm is tiny, an unruptured brain aneurysm may not cause any symptoms. A larger unruptured aneurysm, on the other hand, may strain on brain structures and neurons, potentially causing:<\/div>\n

      • One eye has pain above and behind it.<\/li>\n
      • A pupil that has dilated<\/li>\n
      • Double vision or a change in vision<\/li>\n
      • One half of the face is numb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        Factors that increase your risk over time :<\/b><\/div>\n
        These are some of them:<\/div>\n

        • Getting older<\/li>\n
        • Using a cigarette<\/li>\n
        • Blood pressure that is too high (hypertension)<\/li>\n
