Organised under the aegis of Fit India Movement, the workshop is being conducted by Dr. Anju Lata, Head, Department of Physical Education, Dr. Veena, Assistant Professor, Department of Physical Education and Ms. Jyoti, Assistant Professor, Department of Physical Education. Both the students and staff members are benefitting from this workshop wherein they get hands-on training in practice of various yogasnas and meditation.<br \/>\nPrincipal Dr. Nisha Bhargava asserted that yoga is an invaluable gift of India&#8217;s ancient tradition and the college is proudly carrying this tradition forward.
