JAMMU, The idea of Back to Village program conceived a 360 degree event to cover all the aspects of rural life and uplift the economic status of people situated in the rural areas.<\/p>\n

It acts as an protection program of the administration for taking the governance to the doorsteps of common masses, both facilitating their work & redressing their hardship.Sticking to its main idea, a wide range of activities were done to cover the areas concerning villages and rural areas during Phase 3 of B2V.<\/p>\n

The focus highlighted on energizing Panchayat, collecting feedback on the delivery of government programmes, capturing economic growth and undertaking need based assessment of the villages.<\/p>\n

The camps were set up to spread awareness of common masses about the government schemes implemented by different departments through stalls, while distribution of Domicile certificates and delivery of other revenue services grabbed attention of the people the most.<\/p>\n

The program laid specific attention on the differently abbled persons in rural areas to make sure that they are not left out in tasting the doorstep service.Motorized tricycles, wheel chairs, hearing aids, walking sticks and other prosthetic equipment were provided to the persons with disabilities.<\/p>\n

The top brass of the administration reached the ends of JKUT to attend to the last person in the queue.<\/p>\n

The visiting officer distributed domicile certificates, Soil Health cards, Education kits. Agriculture and Horticulture equipments like power tillers, weeders, autos, tractor and other equipments were provided to the farmers and orchardists besides cheques to the beneficiaries under various schemes of Sericulture and Labour departments were distributed by the visiting officer.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
