Chandigarh, May 20 <\/strong>–\u00a0\u00a0Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal today launched five exclusive services of Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) while addressing a press conference held here today.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0These five exclusive services aim to give a new impetus to the State Government’s Ease of living goal, said, Sh. Manohar Lal.<\/p>\n

Simplified procedure for reallocation of assets<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0This is an integral process in coordination with the Revenue Department, which will reduce the hassle for the allottee.\u00a0\u00a0In this, some unnecessary processes like application for re-allotment, OTP etc. have been eliminated.\u00a0\u00a0The allotment service period has been reduced to 1 day (earlier it was 4 days).<\/p>\n

HSVP on Wheels<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Keeping pace with the growing age of technology, HSVP has launched its digital service. This service is for those allottees who cannot come to the office due to health-related reasons. With the launch of this facility, they can avail the Biometric Attendance service at their doorstep only for transfer permission. The allottee can choose a slot as per his convenience while sitting at their homes only.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0A vehicle equipped with the required equipment will be sent at the doorsteps of the allottees.\u00a0\u00a0This service is free for allottees having a smaller size plot of 4 Marlas. While others will have to pay a prescribed fee.<\/p>\n

Attendance from anywhere<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To improve the Ease of Doing Business, HSVP has started a service using which anyone from anywhere can also record their biometric attendance and which is a part of the nearest estate office transfer permit.\u00a0\u00a0Earlier, for this one had to come to the same estate office under the purview of which the property of the allottee came. Now there is no need to come to the office.\u00a0\u00a0This has made the process convenient for both buyer and seller.<\/p>\n

Data correction module<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To fix errors of the allottees in this module and the property-related attributes in the PPM database in HSVP, a new facility is going to be started today. Under this, the allottee would get an opportunity to update their data. Now, as before, the allottee need not visit the HSVP headquarters.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0For the services like updation of an offer to the allottee, date of possession, date of allotment, GPA holder, plot memo etc, the allottee can digitally update all this information while sitting from anywhere. There is no need to go to any office for this.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0While other services like updation related to change of plot category, fingerprint issue, the work of unblocking etc will be done in the estate office only.<\/p>\n

Extension of service of Engineering Wing<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Apart from the existing services of HSVP, from today 11 more services are being launched through the IT platform including water line repair, road cleaning, potholes repair, manhole services etc. Through this IT platform, delivering these services to the citizens in a stipulated period would be ensured. Citizens can apply from anywhere to avail of these services.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Chief Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sh. D. S. Dhesi, Additional Chief Secretary, and Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Sh. P. K. Das, Additional Chief Secretary, Town and Country Planning and Urban Estates Department, Sh. Devender Singh, Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Department, Dr. Sumita Misra, Principal Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department, Sh. Arun Gupta, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sh. V. Umashankar, Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, and Director General, Information, Public Relations and Languages Department, Dr. Amit Agrawal, Chief Administrator, Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran, Panchkula, Sh. Ajit Balaji Joshi and Director General Agriculture, Sh. Hardeep Singh also remained present on this occasion.<\/p>\n
