Endorphins, a feel-good hormone, are released during exercise. If done early in the day, exercise can also help you sleep.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Long work hours in WFH blur the line between personal and professional life, resulting in less family time and more stress.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">When one is in a peaceful frame of mind, it is easier to sleep.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">How to Deal with Sleep Issues<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1. Stick to a strict sleep-wake schedule.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">2. To darken the room, use blinds or blackout curtains. A colder bedroom (20-22 degrees Celsius) encourages sleep.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">3. Avoid caffeine, smoking, and consuming alcohol.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">4. Don&#8217;t use your bed for anything other than sleeping.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">5. Exercising early in the day can help you sleep better. Exercise should be avoided three hours before night.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">6. If possible, avoid napping after 3 p.m.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">7. If you can&#8217;t fall asleep after 20 minutes, try reading a book or listening to relaxing music.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">8.
