Ltd., Jaipur, organised Novel Food Product Development Competition under Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. Dr. Ashish Singh, Principal Scientist, NDRI, Karnal was the Chief Guest on this occasion. The competition required the participants to develop innovative recipes incorporating Olitia products. The over 52 enterprising participants made novel recipes like thandai fruit chaat, watermelon gulkand cupcake, gulkand oats payasam, sharbat elaichi cake, thandai shahi tukda and much more, displaying their creative and innovative acumen.<br \/>\nPrincipal Dr. Nisha Bhargava lauded the creative genius of the participants and motivated them to keep working towards honing their innovation skills.
