The training try hard to impart among the officials the best skills, knowledge of the latest trends, modern ways &amp; techniques to ensure satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>The Director, H&amp;P, while encouraging the officials towards improvisation of their skills and services, said that aim of the program is to upgrade the skills of the staff of Hospitality &amp; Protocol and absorb in them a culture of courtesy, etiquettes and to inculcate an aptitude for problem solving and service, the safety and security measures.<\/p>\n<p>This program shall not only increase their skills but also enhance their efficiency so that the services of the department are served best.
