After working out in the morning your body would get a good sleep<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> at night. Thus, don\u2019t miss the morning workout. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s4\"><b>2. <span class=\"s3\">Snoring Problem: <\/span><\/b><span class=\"s2\">Snoring can hamper your sleep quality. To get rid of it make sure you avoid alcohol and sleep on <\/span><span class=\"s2\">one side with hands <\/span><span class=\"s2\">under your head. This would prevent you from snoring. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s4\"><b>3. <span class=\"s3\">Comfortable Pillow: <\/span><\/b><span class=\"s2\">If you want to sleep well make sure to fine a comfortable pillow for yourself. Do not take two pillows when you sleep as it can strain your neck. Prefer using pillows made of latex. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s4\"><b>4. <span class=\"s3\">Sleep Like This If Your Back Hurts: <\/span><\/b><span class=\"s2\">you could have a back injury or it might hurt just after a long day. It could be difficult to fall asleep while your back is hurting. To get rid of the pain, you should sleep on your stomach and place a pillow under your thighs. This would ensure a good quality sleep. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s4\"><b>5. <span class=\"s3\">Uninterrupted Sleep: <\/span><\/b><span class=\"s2\">It is tiresome when you wake up in the middle of the <\/span><span class=\"s2\">night and are unable to fall asleep again. It could lead to lethargy during the day and hamper your quality of sleep. To get rid of this problem make sure you sleep in a cool room with a temperature of 20 to 22 degree <\/span><span class=\"s2\">Celsius.
