KARGIL, DEC 29, 2022 :<\/strong> Nehru Yuva Kendra Kargil, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt. of India organized a three-day youth leadership and community development training with lodging and boarding facilities for the participants.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The closing day-cum-valedictory function was held today and was graced by Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kargil Ghulam Mohidin Wani as chief guest along with a galaxy of dignitaries including Incharge Sports Authority of India training Centre Kargil, Gh. Mustafa and Taekwondo Coach Ali.<\/div>\n

The ADC in his concluding remarks encouraged the participants for attending such a youth-oriented training program for the overall development of the community.<\/div>\n

He also appreciated the effort of NYK Kargil in organizing such a youth-oriented program. He also felicitated the participants with certificates.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The objective of the training program was to impart personality development training to youth. It focused to impart training on fundamental life skills-interpersonal skills, empathy and leadership skills so that they are empowered to own responsibility and take lead and contribute towards community development and social development activities.<\/div>\n

The program was aimed to generate awareness among participating youth on community development, values of volunteerism, service, social commitment and patriotism.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
During the training, resource persons from various backgrounds were invited to enlighten the youth about agriculture, health, social activism, career counselling, motivational speaking etc.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The program concluded with the vote of thanks speech by District Youth Officer, NYK Kargil, Jigmat Spaldon.<\/div>\n
