Mann School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Southern California, USA visited Panjab University, Chandigarh for possible academic and research collaborations with University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (UIPS), Panjab University, Chandigarh.\u00a0University of Southern California is one of the top universities of USA with a ranking of #116 in QS World University Ranking, 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Professor Harsh Nayyar, Director, Research &amp; Development<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0informed about various aspects of MOUs and research collaborations with Panjab University. He specifically highlighted about adjunct faculty, dual degree programs, online lectures, joint research supervision, scientific exchange of faculty and students.\u00a0<strong>Professor Anil Kumar, Chairperson, UIPS,<\/strong>\u00a0gave a brief presentation about the UIPS. They interacted with all faculty members of UIPS and explored possible avenues for fruitful collaborations.\u00a0<strong>Professor Renu Vig, Vice Chancellor,\u00a0encouraged research and academic collaboration including twinning program\/dual degree in Master\u2019s and Bachelor\u2019s programs of pharmacy. Professor Kewal Krishan, Dean International Students,<\/strong>\u00a0formally presented the vote of thanks to all the guests with a token of gratitude.
