The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi expressed deep grief as Jain seer Acharya Vidyasagar Maharaj attains Samadhi.<\/p>\n

Shri Modi said that the demise of Acharya Shri 108 Vidyasagar Ji Maharaj is an irreparable loss for the country.<\/p>\n

The Prime Minister also said that Acharya Ji\u2019s valuable efforts for spiritual awakening among the people will always be remembered. Throughout his life he remained engaged in poverty alleviation as well as promoting health and education in the society, Shri Modi further added.<\/p>\n

The Prime Minister also recalled his meeting with Acharya Shri 108 Vidyasagar Ji Maharaj last year at Chandragiri Jain Temple in Chhattisgarh and said that the meeting will be unforgettable for him.<\/p>\n
