(Retd) Dr. B.D. Mishra.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The primary focus of the discussion centered on the urgent need for special flights, specifically IL-76 &amp; C-130 aircraft, to facilitate the seamless airlift of passengers and students from Srinagar &amp; Jammu to Ladakh.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Dr Jaffer highlighted the critical importance of these special flights in ensuring the timely and safe transportation of individuals to Ladakh, considering the unique geographical challenges of the region.
