Dr. Shiv Kumar, chairperson, welcomed the invited resource person and participants and pointed out that \u2018Alumni Connect\u2019 Series is a good platform to have the interaction between alumni and students. Alumni also cherish the memories of their times.\u00a0Mr. Parveen Khurana,\u00a0Librarian in-charge, from the divisional library sector 34, Chandigarh, director of American Spaces, Chandigarh\u00a0was the resource person.\u00a0Mr. Parveen\u00a0Khurana\u00a0highlighted the\u00a0&#8220;Pages to Professionalism: My Odyssey as a Library Leadership&#8221; as a captivating journey through one individual&#8217;s rise to leadership within the library profession. From humble beginnings to overcoming challenges, his narrative offered insights, lessons learned, and strategies for aspiring library\u00a0leaders. Furthermore, he explained navigating challenges and fostering growth and suggested making two her\/his types of goals, long-term and short-term,\u00a0for future growth. He said while embarking on this odyssey, where passion meets profession, leadership emerges.\u00a0Today\u2019s lecture was attended by about 60 participants.
