He issued several directions to ensure effective emergency response and healthcare facilities.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">The CEC directed CMO Kargil to deploy at least 10 vehicles from garages to facilitate medical operations.
