Following the tally, Jammu and Kashmir National Conference candidate Syed Ahmad Razvi secured 1,395 votes and was declared the winner. Independent candidate Mohd Javad received 788 votes, while 17 votes were cast for NOTA.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">The counting process was conducted under the supervision of Additional SP Kargil, Nitin Yadav; Election Officers, Magistrates and Counting Supervisors, along with Observers and Returning Officers\/Assistant Returning Officers from the respective constituencies.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Counting began early in the morning at the Counting Room in Suru Valley SubDivision, Sankoo, with all standard procedures and protocols followed to ensure a smooth execution of the counting process.
