Chief Minister targets the Opposition \u2013\u00a0 lacking leadership and vision<\/p>\n

Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini while addressing a programme in Ambala City on Friday said that the double-engine government at the Center and in Haryana is continuously working for the welfare of the people. He expressed confidence that given the public\u2019s trust in the Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi\u2019s policies and guarantees, we will once again be given the opportunity to serve in both the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections in 2029.<\/p>\n

Targeting the opposition, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that the Congress party has become a \u2018tweet party.\u2019 Congress has ceased to exist as a strong political force, as it neither has a leader nor a clear vision. In contrast, the present state government is making unprecedented decisions for public welfare, working to simplify and improve people’s lives, said Sh. Nayab Singh Saini.<\/p>\n

Commenting on the Delhi elections, he said that just as the people of Delhi have removed the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) from power, the people of Punjab will also ensure AAP\u2019s ousting from power in the state.<\/p>\n

18 promises fulfilled within the first 100 days<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Chief Minister highlighted that within the first 100 days of governance, the government has implemented 18 key decisions from its manifesto, benefiting the public. Additionally, 10 more decisions will be executed as soon as administrative approvals are received. He shared\u00a0 that free dialysis services have been made available in all government hospitals, medical colleges, and PGI institutions. Furthermore, 25,000 youths have been given jobs on merit basis, eliminating the age-old \u2018Parchi Kharchi\u2019 system.<\/p>\n

Sh. Nayab Singh Saini emphasized that Haryana is the first state in the country where 100 percent of farmers\u2019 crops are procured at the Minimum Support Price (MSP). Additionally, farmers cultivating land for a long period have been granted ownership rights, benefiting thousands. Similarly, individuals who have occupied panchayat land for 20 years and built homes are being granted ownership rights at collector rates of the year 2004. Every initiative is being carefully implemented to maximize public benefit, he said.<\/p>\n

The Chief Minister said that, as part of the manifesto commitments, the government is working on providing Rs. 2,100 under the \u2018Lado Lakshmi Yojana\u2019 to economically weaker women. Provisions for this scheme will be made in the upcoming budget session scheduled for March 7, he said.<\/p>\n
