R. Ambedkar Centre, PU, Chandigarh, UGC, Ministry of Education, Govt., Of India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Chief Guest, Prof. Dilip Ukey, Vice-Chancellor, Mahashtra NLU Mumbai, enlightened the students on Fundamental Duties. He concentrated on expression fraternity, human dignity and stated that people are rights centric and must concentrate on fundamental duties.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prof. Devinder Singh, co-ordinator Dr. B. R.
