Haryana\u2019s Energy, Transport, and Labour Minister, Sh. Anil Vij said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has begun to see flaws in everything, which he termed as a sign of depression. Taking a jibe at the Congress, he said that even after 9 months of the state assembly being formed, the Congress has still not been able to elect its Leader of Opposition. Rahul Gandhi even came to Chandigarh for this, but the matter remains unresolved to this day.<\/p>\n

Sh. Vij was responding to media questions regarding Rahul Gandhi\u2019s statement that there have been irregularities in exams like NEET, UGC-NET and others over the past 10 years.<\/p>\n

While interacting with media persons today, Sh. Anil Vij said that \u201cOur government conducts all examinations with complete transparency. Just recently, the CET exam was conducted in Haryana, where nearly 13 lakh candidates appeared. All necessary arrangements were made, and candidates were transported to the exam centers. This was never done under Congress rule, and such transparent arrangements have not happened in the last 30\u201335 years. Under BJP, work happens without bribes or influence. In Congress’s time, jobs were sold and offices ran as businesses.\u201d<\/p>\n

When asked about Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge\u2019s comment that he was never informed of the reason behind Jagdeep Dhankhar\u2019s resignation, Sh. Vij responded that \u201cWe never questioned who resigned in Congress, who was made a minister, who was made a president or who was removed. As far as Sh. Dhankhar\u2019s resignation is concerned, the reason is the same as stated by him\u2014health issues.\u201d<\/p>\n

“No one in Congress today accepts anyone\u2019s leadership, that\u2019s why there is no Leader of Opposition in the Assembly” \u2013 Vij<\/strong><\/p>\n

Regarding the absence of a Leader of Opposition in the Haryana Assembly even after 9 months, Sh. Vij said that \u201cThe Congress party has failed to select its leader even after 9 months. Rahul Gandhi himself came to Chandigarh for this, yet no resolution was reached. This reflects the organizational condition of the Congress party.
